Capabilities Purpose Methods Used by NLOM Mission Statement Referrals and Collaboration	WHY NEW LIFE OUTREACH MINISTRY? New Life Outreach Ministry (NLOM), Incorporated of Pinellas County, was developed to intervene among the concerns of the economically disadvantaged and minority youths. NLOM  understands that first, youths of all ethnic groups and incomes must have the opportunity to learn other methods to have life; NLOM  is totally committed to our youths obtaining skills that may assist the youths in developing employment and/or a career. We shall provide training for and the exposure to improve their educational needs, life skills and the furthering of technology through computers through contractual services to help develop the skills within the economically disadvantaged, at-risk youths and their families. Also, to improve the youths skills to assist them in their educational needs and requirements.
